Can I customize my jersey?
We may offer customizable product from time to time and will clearly note it as such. Unfortunately we are unable to customize any other product.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
You will be charged when you place your order. All successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation of the charges.
You will receive a confirmation email if your order was successfully placed. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, it was not successfully processed. We recommend checking your spam folder as well.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days of confirmation. All orders ship from Southern California and arrival time may vary based on your shipping address. For custom jerseys please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order due to shipping delays caused by COVID-19.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update via the carrier. If you have not received an update after 20 (U.S. Domestic) or 30 (International) days, please email support@100thieves.com.
Please note, orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the sale, but carriers may experience delays due to COVID-19. Please reach out if you have not received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after 20 days.
We currently ship to North America (US, Canada, Mexico), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines), Europe (most countries) and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).
We charge an $8 flat rate to all US Domestic orders, $20 for all Canada orders, and $25 for all other international order destinations that we support.
FOR UK CUSTOMERS, YOU MUST PAY VAT AT TIME OF CHECKOUT.
FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL LOCAL CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES.
We're able to provide multiple payment methods at checkout. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diner's Club credit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 21 days of purchase for store credit only.
Certain products are non-returnable: including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, custom jerseys, LA Thieves apparel, international orders, Limited Drops, Black Friday & other sale promotions, and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as not returnable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. 100 THIEVES DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS. RETURN ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, WITH ALL HANG TAGS ATTACHED AND FOLDED NEATLY IN THEIR ORIGINAL CLEAR GARMENT BAG.

You will then be prompted to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your UPS return shipping label.
Customers will be granted an instant online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURN ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, WITH ALL HANG TAGS ATTACHED AND FOLDED NEATLY IN THEIR ORIGINAL CLEAR GARMENT BAG.
If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us on ourcontact formwith photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number.You must notify us within 30 days of receipt.We will handle it from there.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for any purchased items. Due to the limited nature of products, we do not have inventory for size exchanges. Please double check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering. If you received a different product than ordered, pleasecontact usfor assistance.
INSTALLMENTS ON SHOP PAY
What does the option to pay with installments on Shop Pay mean?
Will my order be delayed if I check out with Shop Pay?
No. Your order will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Active installment plans do not require completion before an order is fulfilled. The only exception to this is any item marked as a preorder, which will ship within the timeline stated on the individual product page.
Which purchases can I pay in installments on?
What happens if I partially or fully cancel my order that was paid in installments?
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days
